Jefe de Datos & Automatizaciones Ecommerce

Responsibilities

• Lead the data roadmap and technological evolution for B2B and B2C eCommerce channels to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Manage product analytics, including event setup, funnel construction, and dashboard creation to optimize UX and conversion.
• Analyze sales and category performance to identify winning SKUs, stockout impacts, and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
• Evaluate marketing effectiveness across Meta, Google, TikTok, and marketplaces, reporting on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and multi-channel attribution.
• Build AI-driven workflows and agents (using tools like Claude or Google Workspace) to automate reporting, anomaly alerts, and executive summaries.
• Contribute to the development of recommendation engines and sales forecasting models.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce data analytics, digital retail, or marketplaces.
• Solid SQL skills (experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift).
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4.
• Proven experience using AI in real-world workflows (e.g., agents, Claude, n8n, or Make).
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python (pandas) for advanced data analysis.
• Previous experience in B2B digital environments.
• Familiarity with advertising platforms like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Knowledge of marketplace operations (e.g., Amazon or Mercado Libre).
