Jefe de Data Planeación

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement analytical solutions and data models for Supply Chain Planning to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze and process data to respond to business requirements and identify key operational risks and opportunities.
• Define BI solutions including dashboards, reports, and visualizations tailored to different audiences.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (development, UX, testing) using Agile methodologies and serve as Scrum Master for strategic projects.
• Manage and track Supply Chain KPIs related to demand, supply, and inventory processes.
• Promote a data-driven organizational culture through internal communication and user training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Physics-Mathematics, or a related field.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Proven experience in project management and managing performance indicators (KPIs).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, SAS, or Scala.
• Technical experience with SAP BO, Snowflake, SAP BW, and BlueYonder.
