Responsibilities

• Administer and ensure the correct application of organizational climate surveys, including measurement, analysis, and follow-up on action plans.
• Drive organizational culture by promoting values of respect, equity, and inclusion through programs, workshops, and leadership initiatives.
• Design and implement the employee experience model, covering onboarding, crossboarding, and offboarding throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Manage experience pulses to measure employee perception regarding specific projects and initiatives.
• Promote employer branding strategies to strengthen talent attraction, engagement, and value proposition.
• Design internal communications for human capital processes to ensure clear and timely messaging aligned with business objectives.
• Implement and manage organizational change strategies to ensure effective adoption of new initiatives through communication and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Capital, organizational culture, or training roles.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of organizational culture, internal communication, and change management.
• Proficiency in climate analysis, project management, and leadership.
