Jefe de CEDI

Responsibilities

• Guide and manage logistics personnel within the assigned business unit
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety standards for all personnel
• Supervise the operational cost of the unit and ensure adherence to the operating expense budget
• Ensure the availability of finished products within the unit
• Coordinate with transport leadership to secure the necessary fleet for customer service orders
• Supervise daily inventory reconciliation of finished products
• Oversee cash reconciliation and the secure transfer of values through institutional means
• Ensure proper maintenance of equipment such as forklifts and cutting machinery
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and the official CEMEX brand image across all spaces

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, or related fields
• English proficiency level B2 or higher
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Operations Supervisor or equivalent (e.g., Base Chief, Logistics Administrator, or Transport Administrator)
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Proven experience in personnel management, team building, and customer service
