Responsibilities

• Drive sales and warehouse productivity by optimizing human resources
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales budget, warehouse expenses, inventory turnover, and shrinkage
• Manage administrative and operational controls in accordance with established company policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure complete, timely, and accurate deliveries
• Coordinate with suppliers and the procurement department to ensure consistent product availability
• Analyze cost center results to develop strategies for meeting business objectives
• Oversee high-value materials to maintain correct inventory levels
• Manage inventory rotation according to required standards
