Jefe de Beneficios

Responsibilities

• Design, redesign, and manage benefit programs (savings funds, pensions, vouchers, insurance, wellbeing, flexible compensation, etc.) to ensure market competitiveness.
• Analyze market trends and generate scenarios to strengthen the employee value proposition and support union negotiations.
• Develop and deploy communication strategies to ensure employees understand available benefits.
• Monitor and audit program operations through KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and executing action plans.
• Ensure legal, fiscal, and accounting compliance of benefit programs in coordination with Legal and Tax departments.
• Evaluate the impact of legislative changes and propose necessary program adjustments.
• Coordinate collection and reconciliation processes for benefit programs to ensure resource sustainability.
• Generate data analysis and reports to support decision-making regarding program efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Psychology, or a related field.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in Human Capital, compensation, or benefits.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation, data analysis, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in administrative and financial processes.
