Jefe de Aprendizaje Digital y Escuelas

Responsibilities

• Manage and communicate learning plans and specialized schools (leadership, technical, and commercial) to ensure skill development and business alignment.
• Identify training and development needs within operations to propose initiatives that strengthen employee competencies.
• Administer individual training agendas, monitoring participation, progress, and program results.
• Manage alliances with educational institutions, ensuring the implementation and evaluation of academic programs.
• Monitor learning indicators and training objectives within the performance management process, providing analysis and improvement proposals.
• Administer and support the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate learning records and platform operation.
• Manage digital learning platforms (such as LinkedIn Learning and Zoom), controlling licenses and evaluating cost-benefit ratios.
• Drive learning digitalization through the development of digital content and the promotion of a digital learning culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in training, organizational development, or human capital.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of LMS administration (SuccessFactors preferred).
• Proficiency in project management and data/indicator analysis.
• Experience with digital learning platforms and change management.
