JDE Legacy Rest of Europe Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an Agile Squad responsible for the JDEdwards E1 ERP system across Rest of Europe markets.
• Drive the product roadmap and manage the product backlog, translating local demands into actionable Features and User stories.
• Prioritize backlog items and manage risks and interdependencies with other squads to ensure business value delivery.
• Define product vision and lead the product build, including system demo activities and roll-out plans in collaboration with Business Process Owners.
• Oversee incident management (L2/L3) and ensure the consistency of the product and service catalog.
• Manage resource forecasting, funding oversight, and track product ROI and performance via defined KPIs.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Product Management with a proven track record of driving product lifecycles.
• Professional Product Owner (PO) certification.
• Deep understanding of Agile mindset, practices, and squad facilitation.
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement and the ability to act as the "voice of the stakeholders."
• Strong negotiation, mediation, and communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and manage products in complex, VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous) environments.
