About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using Java (backend) and Next.js (frontend)
- Design robust APIs and microservices for e-commerce platforms
- Optimize application performance for a smooth user experience
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality through unit testing and CI/CD
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical architectures and development processes
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of development experience
- Strong expertise in Java and Next.js/React
- Proficiency in Java 11+, Spring Boot, and microservices architectures
- Experience with TypeScript, Redux, and modern frontend tools
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and DevOps practices (Docker, CI/CD)
- Experience in the retail or e-commerce sector is a plus
- Ability to work in an agile environment
