Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise applications using Java
- Maintain vendor relationships for technical direction regarding new and upcoming strategies
- Work closely within several different teams to manage concurrent priorities
- Perform object-oriented analysis and design
Requirements
- 5+ years of Java experience designing and developing enterprise applications
- Proficiency with Adobe Flex 4 or 4.5
- Experience with Java EE 6 and Hibernate
- Experience with JPA or equivalent
- Strong SQL skills and relational database knowledge, preferably Oracle
- Experience with application servers, preferably JBoss
- Experience with REST/Web Services and Jersey
- Experience with BPM and JIRA
- Strong understanding of Web 2.0
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate degree or above
