Java Production Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise lending platforms to ensure high availability.
• Monitor system performance and analyze application and server logs to identify and resolve issues.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement effective fixes or workarounds.
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and deliver data-driven insights.
• Develop and deliver reports using SQL and data queries based on business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system enhancements, bug fixes, and release activities.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Core Java and basic framework understanding.
• Proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, report generation, and data analysis.
• Proven experience in application or production support roles.
• Strong ability to perform log analysis and efficient troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as JIRA.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Lending domain or Banking & Financial Services (BFS).
• Familiarity with FinnOne Neo.
• Exposure to Spring Boot or other enterprise Java frameworks.
• Experience with monitoring tools and understanding of APIs and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of batch processing systems.
