Java+ Golang Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Golang
• Lead and contribute to system design and architecture discussions
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code adhering to industry best practices
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Frontend Engineers, and DevOps to deliver features
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
• Contribute to improving development processes, automation, and CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java (Spring Boot) and Golang (Go)
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems
• Experience in system design, scalability, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
