Java Fullstack Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient, and scalable backend applications
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code adhering to best practices
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful project delivery
• Debug and troubleshoot complex technical problems
• Identify and implement performance optimizations
• Participate in code reviews
• Create automated tests for unit, integration, regression, performance, and functional testing
• Document APIs using established tooling
• Reverse engineer existing/legacy systems and document findings on Confluence

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience developing Java applications
• Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Java 8 or above
• Experience with Redux or similar React workflows
• Knowledge of messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Strong understanding of OOP principles and design patterns
• Proficiency in unit testing frameworks such as JUnit
• Experience with build automation tools like Maven or Gradle
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Experience with databases such as Postgres, MongoDB, or Cassandra
• Experience with containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes
• Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Retail, Finance, or Order Management Systems (OMS)
• DevOps mindset
