Java Fullstack Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and build next-generation business applications for pension solutions using modern fullstack technologies.
• Translate requirements from Requirements Engineers, Solution Architects, and Product Owners into actionable development tasks and stories.
• Act as an active member of the development team, contributing to both backend and frontend delivery.
• Ensure high-quality software delivery by implementing quality measures, unit testing, and test automation scripting.
• Manage the full development lifecycle, including comprehensive documentation.
• Support the development crew by providing technical guidance and expertise.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Java Backend or JavaScript Frontend development.
• 3+ years of experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, JEE, Servlets, and JPA (Hibernate).
• Expertise in designing and implementing REST APIs and understanding end-to-end integration.
• Strong SQL skills and RDBMS knowledge (Oracle, PostgreSQL), including creating DML/DDL scripts.
• Experience with Cloud-native technologies (Microservices, container technology) and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in web development using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience within the financial services industry.
• Experience with Flowable Business Process Automation.
• Knowledge of Test Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.
• Interest in exploring how AI can optimize development workflows and processes.
