Java Fullstack Developer

Responsibilities

• Deliver resilient, full-stack internal solutions across credit card payment servicing, data, and platform layers.
• Own critical components end-to-end using modern engineering practices.
• Build and scale secure, compliant digital banking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Design and develop enterprise-driven architectures for high-throughput, low-latency systems.

Requirements

• Experience as a Full Stack Developer using Java (JDK 17+) and the Spring Framework.
• Proven experience building microservices using RESTful APIs, Spring Boot, Spring Security, OAuth2, and JWT.
• Experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka or AWS SNS/SQS.
• Proficiency with DevOps/CI/CD tools like GitLab or Jenkins.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with frontend frameworks like React or Angular and UI-to-API integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, Glue).
• Practical knowledge of containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in the Financial Services domain (Credit Cards, Consumer Lending, or Risk & Control).
• Exposure to Generative AI or Agentic AI, including integrating LLM-based capabilities into workflows.
