Java Fullstack Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and ensure seamless integration with business objectives.
• Participate in code reviews and promote a culture of technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and code quality.
• Implement secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.
• Utilize effective unit testing practices to ensure code design, readability, and reliability.
• Lead complex tasks and guide team members through structured assignments, identifying new directions for projects and methodologies.
• Manage risk and strengthen controls in relation to all development work and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Java 8.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
• Extensive hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Extensive experience working with GenAI/Agentic AI solutions, including Bedrock, Claude Code, GitLab Duo, Co-pilot, AI Agents, and Python.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Experience working with Kafka for real-time data streaming.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or TeamCity.
