Java Full Stack Development - Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Oracle (PL/SQL), and React JS
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Perform coding, unit testing, debugging, and implementation of software components
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Contribute to Agile development processes including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions by analyzing logs and application behavior
• Maintain version control using Git and ensure proper branching strategies
• Work with cloud-based deployments and development environments on AWS

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in software development
• Strong programming experience in Java / J2EE
• Hands-on experience with Oracle database (SQL, PL/SQL)
• Front-end development experience using React JS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with Git-based source control systems
• Exposure to AWS at the development or deployment level
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the Financial Services domain
• Familiarity with Spring Boot or Microservices architecture
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
