About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java components
- Contribute to the evolution of shared frameworks and libraries
- Participate in technical choices and continuous improvement of Middleware tools
- Support testing, analysis, and incident resolution phases
- Work within Cloud and containerized environments
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support the team in applying Agile practices
- Remove obstacles and streamline interactions within the team
- Foster collaboration and continuous improvement in a SAFe environment
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience in software development
- Excellent mastery of Java
- Knowledge of security and DevOps
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in an Agile environment (ideally SAFe)
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
