Java Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend systems including airline integrations, payment gateways, and microservices
• Design and modify modules to ensure application responsiveness, stability, and quality
• Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and bug fixes
• Contribute to daily scrum meetings and sprint planning sessions
• Generate and maintain technical documentation
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to standards
• Collaborate with DevOps for deployment on AWS and GCP
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers
• Contribute to system architecture design for scalability and performance

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Java developer (7+ years preferred)
• Strong experience with SpringBoot, SOAP/REST, Apache Camel, ActiveMQ, MySQL, Docker, and Redis
• Hands-on experience with AWS and GCP cloud platforms
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools like GitHub, Jenkins, and Spinnaker
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical discipline preferred
• Analytical, process-driven thinker with strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the travel industry
• Knowledge of airline systems
