Java Developer Team Lead VP

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design, development, and optimization of client-facing applications
• Ensure third-party supply chain security and conduct regular code scans using SonarQube and Snyk
• Manage system architecture integration, upgrades, and complex technical problem-solving
• Oversee development and project management for sales systems, CRM, marketing platforms, and product lifecycle systems
• Introduce cutting-edge Fin-tech and AI technologies to enhance business capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of software development experience
• Experience managing complete development projects independently
• Domain expertise in asset management applications (fund sales, CRM, marketing integration, etc.)
• Proven track record of team management and talent coaching
• Proficiency in Spring family (Spring Boot, Cloud, Security)
• Strong knowledge of distributed architecture, microservices, and security design (OWASP Top 10)
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab
• Proficiency in English (written and oral)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale system architecture reconstruction projects
• Familiarity with AI technology and AI application development
