Java Developer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks, bugs, and codebase issues
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging Java trends
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Java development
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and gRPC
• Proficiency in Java 8, Spring Boot, and microservices technologies
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database technologies
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Web sockets
• Knowledge of Java Threads, Executor Service, and Timer
• Proficiency in Java collection framework and Maven
• Understanding of common design patterns
• Experience with Git versioning
• Familiarity with Lightstreamer
