About the Company

Fyp is a fintech brand under parent company Pockket Payment Technologies Pvt.Ltd. The venture is working towards the creation of innovative payments solutions and NEO Banking products specifically catering to the teenager segment, helping GenZ manage money through digital payment accounts and debit cards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects meet standards
• Help the team solve problems and remove blockings to meet deadlines
• Ensure right implementation with appropriate effectiveness, performance, and re-usability
• Update work schedules and perform troubleshooting as required
• Maintain transparency with the team regarding challenges, failures, and successes
• Apply technical knowledge to provide strategic direction and solve business objectives

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in Java development
• B.Tech or B.E. degree
• Fluency in Java
• Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture frameworks
• Strong understanding of SpringBoot, JPA/Hibernate, collections, and multithreading
• Understanding of RDBMS design and experience writing complex SQL/NoSQL queries
• Proficiency in Algorithms, data structures, and standard coding practices
• Experience with MySQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB
• Experience in REST and SOAP API design and development
• Experience building large-scale system architecture for scalability and security
• Proficiency in AWS, Azure, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, and Elasticsearch
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, and Maven
