About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop CoreJava and J2EE applications in a web environment
  • Utilize frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate for architecture and design
  • Manage small teams of 2-3 juniors or freshers
  • Implement provider and consumer-side programming using Java and XML Web Services
  • Work with multi-tier server architectures including App, Web, and DB layers

Requirements

  • Experience in Core Java, Collections, and Jackrabbit
  • Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
  • Knowledge of Oracle or SQL Server
  • Understanding of Object Oriented analysis and design patterns
  • Familiarity with build and deployment tools like Maven, ANT, and SCM
  • Understanding of SSO concepts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AngularJS, Java Vaadin, JSP, or Pentaho Business Intelligence tools
  • Knowledge of SOAP protocols
  • Experience with Spring MVC, Spring Security, and JUnit
  • Experience with Tomcat or other containers
