Java Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java-based web applications
• Write reusable Java libraries and clean, readable code
• Implement MVC and JDBC patterns in application design
• Create database schemas that support business processes
• Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Use version control (Git) and build tools (Ant, Maven, Gradle)
• Participate in continuous integration workflows

Requirements

• Proficient in Java with good knowledge of its ecosystems
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
• Familiar with design and architectural patterns
• Knowledge of concurrency patterns in Java
• Experience with web frameworks such as Play and Spark
• Familiarity with Java GUI frameworks (Swing, SWT, AWT)
• Experience with external and embedded databases
• Basic understanding of JVM, class loading, and scalable design principles
• Proficient understanding of Git
• Familiarity with build tools such as Ant, Maven, and Gradle
• Familiarity with continuous integration
