About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain back-end microservices using Java and Spring Boot
- Implement and operate real-time messaging and streaming solutions via Kafka
- Develop and optimize MongoDB databases for large data volumes
- Participate in technical and functional design phases
- Integrate quality best practices including testing, code reviews, and CI/CD
- Contribute to application security and performance
- Collaborate closely with front-end, DevOps, and product teams in an Agile environment
Requirements
- Strong mastery of Java and Spring Boot
- Expertise in Kafka (streaming, messaging, high availability)
- Experience with MongoDB (modeling, optimization, large volume management)
- Solid knowledge of microservices and REST API integration
- Proficiency with CI/CD environments and Docker/Kubernetes
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles
