About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions
- Ensure optimal database design and integration with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Work with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Troubleshoot performance issues and implement improvements for scalability and efficiency
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, Multithreading, and REST APIs
- Proficiency in Cloud Technologies and database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB)
- Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Exposure to front-end technologies
