Java/Angular Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain configuration-driven ETL pipelines using Spring Batch and MyBatis targeting Snowflake
• Build and maintain Spring Boot REST APIs with stateless security using JWT and LDAP authentication
• Develop features in an Angular 19 application using TypeScript, RxJS, and PrimeNG
• Evolve an AI-first developer toolchain by authoring Copilot instructions, custom agents, and MCP configurations
• Implement config-driven data grid components with lazy loading, filtering, and sorting
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests using JUnit 5 and Jasmine/Karma

Requirements

• 6+ years of Java 17+ development experience with Spring Boot and Spring Batch
• Strong Angular development skills including TypeScript and RxJS
• Proficiency in SQL with experience in cloud data warehouses like Snowflake
• Experience with MyBatis or an equivalent ORM/JDBC mapper
• Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot or Claude to build custom agents, instructions, or skills
• Experience with REST API design and stateless authentication (JWT/LDAP)
• Background in retirement services, financial services, or wealth management is highly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Liquibase for schema migrations
• Knowledge of Snowflake stored procedures and MERGE-based ETL patterns
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) server setup and integration
• Experience with AI prompt hooks and agent lifecycle triggers
