Japanese MICE & Wedding Experience Executive

Responsibilities

• Create and implement sales and operational activities for Wedding, MICE, and events business
• Proactively target Wedding and MICE opportunities, specifically within Japanese markets
• Sell hotel event spaces and drive revenue for Rooms, F&B, restaurants, and bars
• Plan, lead, and execute all Japanese MICE & Wedding events following operational procedures
• Establish local partnerships and co-operations to promote accommodation and events
• Establish business and market share for Wedding, MICE, and special events
• Maintain relationships with assigned MICE agencies

Requirements

• Japanese Expatriate status required
• Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality, specifically handling Japanese weddings, events, and catering
• Proven track record of achieving targets
• Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Eloquent in written and spoken English
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field
