About the role
Responsibilities
- Review arrival lists to welcome guests
- Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
- Help prepare welcome folders with collateral
- Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services
- Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
- Offer assistance with certain tasks such as confirming travel arrangements
- Address customer complaints and escalate to Guest Relation Manager when needed
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
Requirements
- Fluent in Japanese (minimum N2 certification)
- Strong command of the English language
- Diploma in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or a related discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
