About the role

Responsibilities

  • Review arrival lists to welcome guests
  • Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
  • Help prepare welcome folders with collateral
  • Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services
  • Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
  • Offer assistance with certain tasks such as confirming travel arrangements
  • Address customer complaints and escalate to Guest Relation Manager when needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and quality standards

Requirements

  • Fluent in Japanese (minimum N2 certification)
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Diploma in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or a related discipline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
