  • Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control
  • Monitor freshness and quality of ingredients
  • Develop new menu items and seasonal specials
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate ingredient requirements

  • Ensure proper storage and handling of all ingredients
