Japanese Bilingual Renewals and Reporting Analyst (APAC)

Responsibilities

• Perform data management, reporting, and data entry activities in the Japanese language
• Support contract renewal activities and administrative onboarding of new clients
• Conduct data validation and processing using agreed-upon tools and standards
• Collect, validate, and clean benefits enrollment and eligibility data
• Support the production of benefits plan design and reporting publications in Japanese
• Assist with monthly reconciliation of commissions and setting up client premium invoices
• Support claims management and benefit audit processes
• Facilitate interactions between clients, WTW, and insurance vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or college undergraduate degree (preferably in Mathematics or Business)
• Japanese language proficiency at a minimum of N2 level (written and communication skills)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Proven customer service experience
• Ability to work APAC hours
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and experience with data manipulation

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in benefits brokerage or insurance administration
• Background in health and group benefits
