About the role
Responsibilities
- Determine the best travel offers based on client needs, including packages, group tours, or customized itineraries
- Formulate and present travel proposals, using strong sales techniques to close deals
- Collaborate with the operational team to manage bookings, including flights, accommodation, guides, and activities
- Create original, high-quality travel programs
- Perform upselling of Japan Experience products and services
- Provide expert advice to clients to meet their specific travel expectations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and travel design
- Proven experience traveling or living in Japan
- Degree in Tourism, Sales, or an equivalent university qualification
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing tools
- Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and a customer-service oriented mindset
