Janitorial Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily and periodic work assignments
• Ensure quality control procedures are followed properly
• Train staff in specific cleaning procedures, safety, and performance expectations
• Perform monthly safety inspections
• Assist the team with daily cleaning responsibilities
• Maintain inventory and equipment

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Reliable personal transportation (required for certain shifts)
• At least 3+ months of janitorial experience
• At least 6+ months of supervisor or management experience
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
• Physical stamina to twist, bend, and squat for extended periods
