Janitorial Services Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of all non-GMP areas including offices, cubicles, meeting rooms, corridors, cafeterias, restrooms, and locker rooms
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffing machines, and carpet extractors
• Prepare cleaning solutions and maintain equipment in clean, orderly storage
• Complete non-GMP checklist logs accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain inventory and assist in ordering cleaning supplies
• Flush, clean, and document safety showers and eye washes
• Dispose of trash and waste properly according to site policies
• Work in a safe manner and report potential safety issues to leadership immediately

Requirements

• Must not have a penicillin allergy (allergy testing is required)
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Basic math and reading skills for SOP and GMP comprehension
• Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, lifting, and standing for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment
• Experience working within GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
• Prior professional janitorial experience
• Bachelor's Degree
