Janitorial & Grounds Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial and cleaning duties across residential property grounds and buildings
• Maintain lawns, landscaping, and outdoor areas using lawn care equipment
• Execute snow removal operations safely and efficiently
• Conduct basic maintenance tasks as needed
• Provide superior customer service to create a positive resident experience
• Support property appearance and upkeep standards

Requirements

• Cleaning experience
• Self-motivation and dependability
• Ability to safely operate lawn care and snow removal equipment
• Basic maintenance knowledge
• Availability for nights and weekends
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
