Janitor

Responsibilities

• Clean terminals using hand brooms, power scrubbers, sweepers, and vacuum cleaners
• Remove refuse from offices, restrooms, and break-rooms daily
• Ensure restrooms are fully stocked with necessary supplies
• Maintain company grounds by removing litter, debris, ice, and snow from walkways and parking lots
• Monitor pest control systems and maintain high standards of sanitation
• Prepare accurate reports regarding labor, equipment, and repair history
• Report safety concerns to the shift supervisor and comply with OSHA and MSDS standards
• Perform other duties as instructed by the Operations Manager

Requirements

• Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning services required
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
