About the Company

METRO Campus Services GmbH is the professional internal service partner at the METRO Campus in Düsseldorf. The company handles commercial, technical, and infrastructural building management, as well as postal services, catering, and HR service center tasks for METRO's German companies.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor repair and maintenance work and conduct regular campus inspections
• Support internal moves and handle transport and logistics tasks
• Set up and dismantle event equipment
• Ensure order, cleanliness, and functionality in common areas
• Provide and distribute materials, furniture, and equipment
• Assist with general facility service tasks

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a manual or technical field (desirable)
• Manual dexterity and a solution-oriented way of working
• Practical experience in janitorial services, facility services, or similar fields
• Experience with moves, transport, or event services is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Fluent German (at least C1 level)
• Reliability, initiative, and ability to work in a team
• Physical resilience and enjoyment of varied tasks
