Janitor

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all common areas including the gym, rec room, boot room, and front lobby
• Perform garbage and recycling collection and removal
• Execute floor care including sweeping and using the T-300 floor scrubber
• Clean and sanitize all public washrooms
• Clean and sanitize management offices and front desk areas
• Refill hand sanitizer stations throughout the site
• Maintain a safe working environment at all times

Requirements

• Related experience in a remote lodge, hotel, or institutional environment
• Commercial cleaning experience is considered an asset
• Ability to commit to a 2 week on/2 week off rotation
• Valid government-issued photo ID for travel
• Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, squat, kneel, or sit for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive hand work and work with arms above shoulder height
