Janitor

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain trailers, temporary buildings, dormitories, and outdoor areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and manage waste in assigned corridors and common areas
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces, washrooms, and sanitary facilities
• Maintain kitchens, break rooms, and equipment according to established standards
• Follow all OHS procedures, wear required PPE, and comply with WHMIS/SDS standards

Requirements

• Valid ASP Construction card (mandatory)
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in housekeeping or janitorial services
• Knowledge of WHMIS
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor
• Ability to work a 14-14 fly-in/fly-out rotation (11-12 hours per day)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a construction site or remote camp environment
• Bilingualism in French and English
