Janitor

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize washrooms, including sinks, mirrors, toilets, and urinals
• Empty interior and exterior waste bins and clean receptacles
• Sanitize CSA booths, operator lunchrooms, and multi-purpose rooms
• Sweep, mop, and maintain station floors, staircases, and entrances
• Perform routine floor care using auto-scrubbing equipment
• Complete work orders and report maintenance issues like graffiti or hazards

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Comfortable using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
• Clear criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of cleaning or janitorial experience
• Experience with floor care machine scrubbing and detailing
