Janitor

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and disinfecting station areas including entrances, concourses, platforms, and washrooms
• Sweeping, mopping, spot cleaning, and high-touch surface cleaning
• Replenishing washroom supplies and completing required inspections
• Using auto-scrubber and auto-sweeper as needed
• Reporting issues such as graffiti, damage, or hazards to supervisors
• Performing periodic deep-cleaning tasks and machine scrubbing floors
• Garbage collection and litter pickup

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
• Floor care experience with machine scrubbing is an asset
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Ability to pass a clear criminal background check
