Responsibilities

• Identify and document real-world case studies of skills recognition to demonstrate project impact
• Participate in meetings and draft bilingual communication materials in Italian and French
• Support the organization of bilateral webinars, workshops, and roundtables regarding profile recognition harmonization
• Support the dissemination of project final results, best practices, and outputs within the Interreg Maritime area
• Strengthen cooperation relations with other centers in the cross-border area
• Contribute to communication and awareness-raising on EU maritime policies and the Blue Economy

About the Company

The Province of Lucca is hosting an IVY volunteer to support the Interreg project "I-YEP - Improving yachting excellence profiles," which aims to boost employment in the maritime economy through integrated, cross-border mobility training programs.
