About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform validation and verification of railway interlocking systems (IxL)
- Define, execute, and analyze test campaigns to ensure system compliance with requirements
- Identify defects and anomalies, write technical reports, and participate in resolution processes
- Validate system parameterization and configuration consistency
- Produce validation reports, test summaries, and ensure full activity traceability
- Develop Python scripts to automate testing processes
- Work within an Agile project environment, participating in sprints and progress meetings
Requirements
- Engineering degree in IT, Railway Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IVV (Independent Verification and Validation) or validation roles
- Proven experience working with railway or other critical systems
- Strong knowledge of railway signaling, specifically IxL or CBTC
- Proficiency in Python scripting for automation
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and version control tools like Git
- Proficiency in technical English
