About the role

Responsibilities

  • Validate IVR call flows, routing logic, and customer journeys for contact center solutions.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of inbound, outbound, and callback flows.
  • Test integrations between Amazon Connect, AWS services, and backend systems, including Lambda functions and APIs.
  • Design and execute detailed test cases, scenarios, and data for functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Develop and maintain test automation scripts for IVR and conversational flows.
  • Identify, log, and track defects, working closely with developers and business analysts for resolution.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business requirements and security standards.

Requirements

  • 3–8 years of experience in QA or software testing roles.
  • Hands-on experience in IVR or Contact Center testing.
  • Direct experience with Amazon Connect or similar telephony platforms.
  • Strong understanding of call flows, routing, and telephony concepts.
  • Proficiency in API testing and backend validation.
  • Knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and CloudWatch.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with IVR testing tools such as Cyara or Hammer.
  • Exposure to chatbot or voice bot testing using Amazon Lex or equivalent.
  • Experience with automation frameworks like Selenium or REST Assured.
  • Familiarity with contact center platforms like Avaya or Genesys.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps testing practices.
