ITU Nurse - Band 5

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Treatment Unit
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as required
• Support patients and their families, providing guidance and compassion during challenging times

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC pin
• Experience in an Intensive Care Unit or similar environment
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to providing compassionate and effective patient care
