Responsibilities
- Adherence to Datacom ITIL processes and procedures
- Drive ongoing improvement and innovation
- Maintain inter-team flexibility
- Manage stakeholder relationships
- Handle operational reporting
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in an ITSM role
- Experience across change, incident, problem, release, configuration, and capacity management
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and frameworks
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work onsite at customer premises and participate in an on-call roster
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience running Major Incidents for an IT managed service provider
- Exposure to ITSM tools such as Cherwell, ServiceNow, or Remedy
