Responsibilities

  • Adherence to Datacom ITIL processes and procedures
  • Drive ongoing improvement and innovation
  • Maintain inter-team flexibility
  • Manage stakeholder relationships
  • Handle operational reporting

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in an ITSM role
  • Experience across change, incident, problem, release, configuration, and capacity management
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and frameworks
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work onsite at customer premises and participate in an on-call roster

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience running Major Incidents for an IT managed service provider
  • Exposure to ITSM tools such as Cherwell, ServiceNow, or Remedy
