ITSM Configuration Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the development, adoption, and standardization of Configuration Management best practices across ITSM processes.
• Define the Configuration Management strategy, objectives, and roadmap to ensure service alignment.
• Implement and maintain the CMDB framework and associated toolsets, ensuring data quality and optimization.
• Facilitate advisory and tactical boards to ensure process governance and stakeholder alignment.
• Establish clear roles and accountability for Configuration Process Owners, CI Owners, and Controllers.
• Define, monitor, and report on Configuration Management KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain process documentation and lead regular reviews to enhance maturity and reliability.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in IT service management, preferably in complex, multi-site environments.
• Strong understanding of IT service management standards such as ITIL or IT4IT.
• Proven ability to deliver ITSM processes and strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; French is a strong plus.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL 4 Managing Professional, IT4IT, or BPMN 2.0.
