IT/OT Infrastructure Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Infrastructure team, fostering a positive, accountable, and service-oriented culture
• Oversee all infrastructure operations, processes, and service delivery
• Design, review, and approve infrastructure architectures using a collaborative, business-aligned approach
• Define, validate, and communicate important infrastructure metrics and performance indicators
• Contribute to IT planning, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management
• Own and lead critical incident management processes and post-incident improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of experience designing, building, supporting, and troubleshooting enterprise infrastructure
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing infrastructure teams
• Expertise in Microsoft Server, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
• Proficiency with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365
• Experience with networking hardware including Fortinet platforms
• Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and compliance frameworks (CMMC, GCC High, FedRAMP)

Preferred Qualifications

• Current IT industry certifications
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Experience in manufacturing environments and OT networking
• Experience employing AI tools to streamline IT operations
