ITOPS Lead - Analytics

Responsibilities

• Manage the application lifecycle for Analytics and Data Products within the ERP CoE Logistics and Planning team
• Maintain Analytics Applications in operational condition in alignment with OLA/SLAs and KPIs
• Perform ITIL-based support processes, including incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management
• Conduct deep technical root cause analysis and performance improvements for SAP landscapes
• Lead application management by coordinating with stakeholders, customers, and the user community
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying service enhancements and retiring obsolete applications
• Ensure data compliance, export control, and adherence to security and architecture standards

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in Native HANA development
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP UI5 development
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development
• Proficiency with code versioning tools including Git, Web IDE, and Hanastudio
• Strong knowledge of HANA Objects such as Table Functions, SQL, CV, and Database Procedures
• Expertise in ITIL service management and performance monitoring on SAP HANA

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization tools such as SAC or Qlik
• Knowledge of advanced analytics or data products like Skywise, Pyspark, Python, Ontology, or Foundry
• Understanding of DevOps, Sustainable IT, and budget acquisition processes
