ITGC and Cybersecurity Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Support the ITGC IT Lead with day-to-day coordination of IT General Controls and audit readiness
• Collect, organize, and track evidence for access reviews, change management, and control narratives
• Assist in maintaining status dashboards, trackers, and remediation action plans
• Support the Cybersecurity Infrastructure team with documenting security architectures, diagrams, and data flows
• Assist in security-by-design activities by supporting solution reviews for new cloud, application, or infrastructure projects
• Help identify security risks and propose mitigations aligned with internal policies

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to produce clear documentation (diagrams, templates, meeting notes)
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Proactive, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience (internship or academic project) in IT, cybersecurity, audit, risk, or compliance
• Familiarity with enterprise environments such as SAP or Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Knowledge of diagramming tools like Visio or Draw.io
• Proficiency in French is appreciated but not mandatory
